Patrick Kehoe, CFA

President & Founding Partner

Patrick is a hedge fund specialist with extensive management consulting experience in the areas of process improvement, technology solutions, accounting, reporting and data management.  With over 20 years of experience in traditional and alternative investment, he has a proven track record of delivering solutions for global asset managers, encompassing their entire investment lifecycle. His domain expertise spans hedge funds, administrators, fund of funds, private equity, debt, real estate, complex derivatives, and other strategies.

His professional skills center on delivering value to the business of asset management. He is noted for delivering innovative, high-efficiency global operating models to devising end-to-end technology solutions to project management and organizational integration of best-in-class technology solutions. In managing KEO Solutions, Patrick works in close collaboration with client teams and other partners to ensure projects are designed to meet client needs today and position them for long-term scale.

Prior to founding KEO Solutions, Patrick served in various roles at Goldmans, Sachs & Co. in Fund Administration and Prime Brokerage. He also held executive positions at Advents, LUX and FTS.

He earned a Master of Science in Technology Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.

Frank Rellosa

Managing Partner

Frank is a buy-side specialist with extensive management consulting experience in the areas of technology, fund accounting, strategic roadmap development and project management.

Frank brings a long history of delivering solutions for global asset managers to his role at KEO Solutions. With nearly two decades of experience across traditional and alternative investments, Frank is adept at devising solutions for firms encompassing their entire investment lifecycle.

His notable assignments include project management and delivery of global operating models for private equity, hedge fund and credit asset managers and integrating premier technology solutions such as WSO, Black Mountain, Geneva, Englobe, Investran with custom technology solutions (end user empowered reporting, customized data integration and workflow, fund ownership, and robotics assisted reconciliation.)

Prior to joining KEO Solutions, Frank worked for Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Citi PE Services (now SS&C), BNY, FIS, Cross Country and Lionpoint Group.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics from Boston University.

RuthAnne Dreisbach

Senior Advisor

RuthAnne is a business consultant whose expertise centers on strategic design, communications and technology for the financial services sector with a focus on asset management and investment banking. With over 25 years of experience in developing market data and interactive marketing communication systems, she has earned a reputation for bringing ideas to life and profitability. With strong finance, business and design skills, she offers unique insights into technical programs and ways to foster data rich internal and external communications.

RuthAnne is the President of Stratevist, the multi-disciplinary strategic design business she founded in 1998 (as Dreisbach Design originally.)  Her managerial skills range from product development to project management to streamlining complex systems into highly efficient and intelligent systems. She has served a diverse range of clients including Goldman, Sachs & Co., Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Blackstone. Further, she was a Managing Director of Capitol Peak Asset Management (2014-2017), a unique public-private partnership between the USDA, CoBank and CPAM established to bring capital and solutions to clean energy and infrastructure projects across Rural America.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from Rutgers College and professional certifications in Graphic and Interior Design from the School of Visual Arts and the NY School of Interior Design.  She served on the boards of directors of the Financial Communications Society and the Lar Lubovitch Dance Company. She has attained FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
